Caroline Tarantini, owns and operated Olio Studio, which is a paint and pottery studio located in downtown Lake City for the last 5 years. She is a South Carolina native, originally from Sumter, who has made Lake City her permanent home. Being an artist since early childhood, Caroline, participated in REACH Art for Gifted and Talented students for almost 10 years, in Sumter SC. She worked as the Art Education Program Assistant at The Sumter County Gallery of Art for over 5 years. She has recently taught beginning and advanced art classes at Lake City High School and and Art Club after school at J. Paul Middle School. Caroline hopes to help bring art to everyone in the Lake City Community and its surrounding areas.

Presently, she serves as President of the Lake City Downtown Merchants Association and is a member of the Lake City Junior Sorosis Club, and the Greater Lake City Artist Guild. She is married to her husband Louis and they are expecting their first child in January 2019.
