Our Track Bobcats worked hard while competing with Orangeburg Prep on Wednesday, April 2nd. Payton Prosser got 3rd place in the long jump at 15’4”, qualifying for state. Josh Brown qualified for state in the 100 meter with 11.87. John Easton Cumbie got 5th place in the 200 meter and 7th place in the javelin throw. Lane Edward’s got 6th place in the high jump. Dylan Gardner got 8th place in the long jump. Daniel Mckenzie got 1st place in shot and 2nd place in the discus throw. Connor Coker got 6th place in the javelin throw. Ryan Cox got 8th place in the javelin throw and 4th place in shot. Maecy Gamble got 8th place in the high jump. In the 400 meter relay, John Easton Cumbie, Kevin Toledo, Dylan Gardner, and Josh Brown got 3rd place. In the 1600 meter relay Kevin Toledo, Lane Edward’s, Dylan Gardner, and Ryan Cox got 4th place. Also in the 1600 meter relay, Carter Altman, Ava Johnson, Lakelyn Graham, and Maecy Gamble got 2nd place. We are so proud of our Bobcats for their accomplishments!
