Tuition & Payments

Kindergarten (2K, 3K, 4K, & 5K) - $4400
Grades 1-12 - $5200
All students must meet the September 1, 2026 birthday deadline for the kindergarten class they are entering for the 2026-2027 year.
12.5% Tuition Reduction for 2nd and 3rd child.
No Tuition Reduction for 1st child.
No Tuition for 4th child or more.
$150 Enrollment Fee per child through Friday, March 6, 2026.
Enrollment Fee will increase to $300 per current child on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Special Services Fee (for those who qualify) $500

Tuition payments may be financed over 10 months.
Payments- start in August and end in May.
ALL PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: MUST BE CURRENT IN ORDER TO ENROLL FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ENROLLMENT FEES MUST BE PAID WHEN ENROLLMENT IS COMPLETED ONLINE IN FACTS. NO FINANCING.
5% Reduction for Tuition paid in full by Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Monthly Tuition payments are due on the date chosen in FACTS Family Portal when enrolling in a Tuition Plan.
A LATE FEE of $10.00 will be added to all accounts that are past due.
Accounts that are 45 days past due will result in dismissal of student(s) from The Carolina Academy unless balance is paid in full.
After dismissal, the account must be paid in full for student(s) to return to school or for transcripts to be released.
