Varsity Tennis Earns 7–2 Victory Over LMA
The Carolina Academy Varsity Tennis team picked up a strong 7–2 victory over LMA on Monday, September 21.
In singles play, Kiki Hanna, Madelyn Matthews, Ava Johnson, Scarlett Evans, and Maecy Gamble each earned victories. Ava Johnson and Scarlett Evans both dominated their matches, while Hanna and Matthews battled through competitive opening sets before securing straight-set wins.
The Bobcats also had a strong showing in doubles competition. Harper Drew Richardson and Anna Scott Johnson teamed up for an 8–2 victory, while Ava Johnson and Scarlett Evans also posted an impressive 8–2 win.
Although the doubles team of Kiki Hanna and Madelyn Matthews fell 6–8 in a close match, Carolina Academy’s strong overall performance secured the 7–2 team victory.
